Picnic Time Productions offers several levels of service:

Food Delivery and Setup Only

We will bring your picnic food hot and ready to serve (transported in thermal containers), setup the buffet, and leave. We can supply chafing dishes with sterno - your choice of standard which you would return or disposable (no return).

Simply Staffed

We bring your barbecue buffet already hot (transported in thermal containers). Our friendly and efficient staff sets up and tends the buffets and cleans up same.

Simply Staffed with On Site Grilling

Same as above but with our chefs barbecuing on site.

Full Service

We bring the food and beverages, barbecue on site, tend the buffet and beverage stations, and clean up. We can also coordinate games, décor, and entertainment should you so desire.
